Win back customers

Automatic "we miss you" emails after a while, birthday greetings and seasonal campaigns for Ramadan, Eid, National Day and DSF.

  1. AI Employee → Win back customers → Add my customers (everyone who booked or got an invoice, with their last visit).
  2. Set when they haven't come for (e.g. 60 days), the send time, and the email (subject, message, button).
  3. Birthday greetings use the birthday on the contact. Seasonal campaigns are prepared for you to check.
