Email templates and styles
Plain, designed, promotional and custom HTML email styles in Thenexi — the simple marks that build headlines, feature cards and buttons, and HTML rules.
Templates are saved emails you reuse in outreach and campaigns: Templates → New template, or Save as template on any email.
Styles
- Plain — looks like a personal email. Best for first contact.
- Designed — your brand colour, a photo and a button.
- Promotional — colour header, feature cards, several buttons and a dark closing section.
- Custom HTML — paste or upload your own design.

Write plain text; these marks make the layout:

Custom HTML
- Use
{first_name},{company}and{sender}anywhere, andhref="{unsubscribe}"for your own unsubscribe link (otherwise one is added at the bottom). - Scripts, forms, iframes and unsafe links are removed. Images must be on the web (https://…). Up to 200 KB.
- Links are tracked automatically.
