Get Paid — quotes, invoices, books and VAT

Send quotes and UAE VAT invoices with payment links, chase payments politely, track expenses and cheques, keep your books and prepare VAT.

AI Employee → Get Paid → Turn on Get Paid, then fill in Settings → Business details (legal and trade name, TRN, address, bank, IBAN, logo).

Quotes and invoices

New quote or New invoice, add the client and items, Send. Quotes convert to invoices. VAT is calculated with your rates; numbering, language, notes and terms are in Settings.

Get paid faster

Connect Ziina (UAE) or Stripe for card payment links, or share your payment link. Polite reminders go before and after the due date (you choose the days and tone).

Expenses, bills and cheques

Expenses & bills — record spending (approval above an amount you set) with bill reminders. Cheques — post-dated cheques you give and receive, with reminders before each date.

Books and tax

Books — income and spending categorised for your accountant, each entry approved by you. Tax — VAT figures per quarter (5%) ready for your accountant or the FTA portal, and records kept for Corporate Tax.
