Team members, roles and access

Invite your team to Thenexi, choose what each person can do, and on the Agency plan give clients access to their own website only.

Add a member

1. Open Team → Add a member.
2. Enter their email and choose a role.
3. Choose which areas they can open — Email, Billing, AI Employee, Finance.
4. Click Add member. If they don't have a Thenexi account yet, we email them an invitation.

Website access (Agency)

On the Agency plan you can limit a member — for example a client — to specific websites. They only see and edit those sites.

Change or remove access

Click a member in Team, change their access and Save access. Remove someone to take away all access immediately.

Two-factor sign-in

Protect your account in Account → Security: turn on two-factor sign-in. Admins need it for sensitive actions like editing theme code.
