Leads and follow-ups

All your leads in one list or board with stages, reminders before deals go cold, AI-written follow-ups, import from Excel and clients view.

AI Employee → Leads & follow-ups → Turn on.

• Website chats, forms, WhatsApp, calls, ads and outreach add leads by themselves. Add lead for a call or walk-in, or Import a CSV (download the template).
• List or Board view by stage. Set the next follow-up date or Snooze.
• Write it for me drafts a follow-up; Log a call; They replied.
• Settings → Stages & follow-ups: your stages, automatic AI follow-ups per stage, the morning reminder email and the currency for deal values.
• Clients — leads marked Won and clients you invoice, with what they've paid and still owe.
