AI phone — receptionist and sales calls

Let AI answer your phone in Arabic and English, put callers through to you, and call your leads in any language with recordings and transcripts.

Get a number

AI Employee → AI phone → Number & settings:

• Get your own number from Thenexi (add-on) — pick a country. UAE (+971) numbers aren't sold by our provider; you can show your UAE business number to people you call by verifying it.
• Connect your Twilio account — Account SID, Auth Token and your Twilio number.
• Use Thenexi's shared number — for outgoing calls only.

Incoming calls

The AI answers with your greeting (English and Arabic), answers questions from your receptionist knowledge, books appointments and puts callers through to your number when they ask. Every call is written down; recordings can be played in Recent calls. Good calls become leads.

Sales calls

Sales calls tab: create a campaign, add the people to call, write or let AI write a short script (introduce, present your offer, book). Calls run in the configured language and switch to the caller's language if they speak another one; you see the conversation translated and which language was spoken. Calls only run in calling hours, respect the do-not-call list, and the AI says it's an AI.
