Getting started with Thenexi

Create your account, build your first website and switch on your AI Employee — the first 15 minutes in Thenexi, step by step.

Thenexi is one app to run your business online: your website, domain and email, plus an AI Employee that answers customers, follows up leads, sends invoices and more.

1. Create your account

  1. Go to app.thenexi.com/signup.
  2. Enter your name, email, a password and your business name, then confirm the 6-digit code we email you.
  3. You land on the Dashboard — your home page with leads, bookings, money and what your AI did.

Trying is free: you can build and preview a website without a card. Choose a plan when you want to publish.

2. Build your website

  1. Open Websites → New website.
  2. Choose Fast static website (recommended) or WordPress, and where it's hosted (Thenexi hosting or My existing hosting).
  3. Give it a name, pick a free Thenexi address or your own domain, and click Build my site.
  4. Change anything by chatting with the AI — "make the header blue", "add a prices section" — then Publish.

3. Switch on your AI Employee

Open AI Employee in the menu. Each tile is one job your AI can do. Good first steps:

Team → Add a member: enter their email and role. They get an invitation by email. See Team & roles.
