WhatsApp message templates
Create WhatsApp templates in Thenexi (by hand or with AI), add an image header and buttons, submit to Meta for approval and fix rejections.
To message someone first β a promotion, an offer, a reminder β WhatsApp requires a template that Meta has approved. Replies within 24 hours of a customer's message don't need one.

{{1}},{{2}}β¦; not at the very start or end of the message. - No placeholders in the header or footer.
- Clear, honest wording β no misleading claims, prizes or shortened links.
If Meta rejects it
The card shows the reason in plain words. Click Copy & edit, fix it and submit again (as a new name, e.g. spring_offer_v2).
Image templates
The image you upload is stored on Thenexi and sent with every message. Keep it simple β it shows small on phones: a logo, one headline and your website.
