Newsletters — email your subscribers

Send newsletters and offers to your subscribed contacts with designed, promotional or custom HTML emails, test them and track opens and clicks.

Email campaigns go to subscribed contacts who agreed to your emails (not to outreach-only contacts). For email sequences to new businesses use Email Campaigns.

1. AI Employee → Marketing → Newsletters → New campaign.
2. Choose the Layout: Designed (photo and button), Promotional (colour header, feature cards, several buttons) or Custom HTML (paste or upload your own design). See email templates.
3. Write with AI from your goal, or Use template. Add a subject and preview text.
4. Who gets it — everyone subscribed, or contacts with chosen labels.
5. Send test to yourself → Send (or schedule). Sending respects your daily limit (Marketing → Settings).

Results show recipients, sent, opened, clicked, unsubscribed and failed. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Set your From name, reply-to address and postal address in Marketing → Settings.
