Bookings and fewer no-shows

Let customers book your free times online or in the website chat, with services, opening hours, rules and automatic reminders.

  1. AI Employee → Bookings → Services & hours: add services (name, length, price), opening hours, closed days and rules (start times every, minimum notice, book up to days ahead, bookings at the same time, buffer, reminders, time zone).
  2. Turn on online booking.
  3. Share: copy your booking link (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Business Profile, email signature) or paste the "Book now" button on your website.

The AI receptionist also offers free times in the chat. Customers get a confirmation and reminders; they can change or cancel. Add phone or walk-in bookings with Add a booking. Mark each booking Came, No-show or Cancelled.
