Instant lead reply

Every new enquiry from your website gets a personal email reply within a minute, then polite follow-ups until they book or you take over.

1. AI Employee → Instant lead reply → Turn on Instant lead reply.
2. Settings: which leads to answer, follow up after (days), sender name, where replies go, signature, tone and extra instructions.

When someone sends your contact form or leaves their email in the chat, the AI replies within a minute using your website knowledge, then follows up politely. Choose Draft to approve if you want to check each reply first. Click I took over when you're handling it yourself; it stops when they book or reply.
