Hosting and cPanel tools

Connect your cPanel hosting to Thenexi and manage subdomains, email forwarders, PHP, SSL, FTP, databases and backups without opening cPanel.

Connect cPanel

1. In cPanel: Security → Manage API Tokens → Create (name it "Thenexi") and copy the token.
2. In Thenexi: Hosting (or Email → cPanel email) → Connect cPanel, enter the cPanel address, username and token.

Thenexi never needs your cPanel password, and you can revoke the token any time.

Tools

Open the hosting account to manage:

• Subdomains — e.g. shop.yourdomain.com, each with its own folder.
• Email forwarders — send mail for sales@ to another inbox, like Gmail.
• PHP version, SSL/TLS status (run an AutoSSL check), FTP accounts (give a designer access to one folder), MySQL databases and full backups.
• Quick links to Webmail, File Manager and phpMyAdmin.

Integrations stores credentials Thenexi uses for you (encrypted). Use a dedicated, revocable credential — never your main password. Revoke one any time.
