Plans, AI credits and billing
The four Thenexi plans, what AI credits are, add-ons like a phone number or email outreach, and how to change your plan or pay.

AI credits
Every plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits shared by your team (Website 1,000 · Grow 5,000 · AI Employee 10,000 · Agency 25,000). Writing, chat answers, calls and other AI work use credits. When you run low you can buy an extra credit pack any time in Usage & billing.
Add-ons
- Phone number — your own number for the AI phone receptionist and sales calls (see AI phone).
- Email Campaigns (outreach) — email sequences from your own mailbox (see Email Campaigns).
Change plan or pay
Open Usage & billing (organisation owner, or members with Billing access). You see your plan, limits, AI usage by team member, and can upgrade, switch to yearly or buy credits.
