Online payments β€” get paid on your website

Connect Stripe once and let customers pay on your website, starting with paid bookings (consultations, appointments). Money goes straight to your own Stripe account.

Get Paid β†’ Online payments (or open /payments). Owners and admins set it up.

Connect Stripe (about 5 minutes)

Click Connect with Stripe. Stripe asks for your business details, ID and bank account (IBAN). Have your trade licence ready. When Stripe has everything, the page shows You can take payments. If Stripe needs more details later, click Continue setup.

Your payments go straight to your own Stripe account and Stripe pays them into your bank. Thenexi never holds your money. Refunds, payouts and disputes are in your Stripe dashboard.

Fees

  • Thenexi: a small fee per sale, by plan: Website 3%, Grow 2%, AI Employee 2%, Agency 1%. It's taken automatically from each payment.
  • Stripe: its normal card fees, charged by Stripe to your account.
  • No monthly fee: you only pay when you sell.

In Bookings β†’ Settings β†’ Services, give a service a price and tick Customers pay online to book.

  • On your booking page, the customer picks a time and pays by card (Apple Pay and Google Pay where available).
  • The time is held for 30 minutes while they pay. Once paid, the booking is confirmed, the customer gets the confirmation email and you get a New paid booking alert.
  • If they don't pay within 30 minutes, the time is released automatically.
  • When your AI receptionist books a paid service in the website chat, it sends the customer the payment link.
  • Bookings you add yourself (phone or walk-in) don't ask for payment.

In Bookings, paid bookings show a green Paid badge, and Online payments lists every payment with its fee.

Selling products (a shop on your website) is coming next.
