Lead Finder — find businesses to contact

Search businesses by kind and area in 250+ countries, see their website, phone and public email, and save them to contacts or an outreach campaign.

  1. AI Employee → Lead Finder (or from Email Campaigns).
  2. What kind of business — e.g. "Dental clinics", "Restaurants".
  3. Country — Thenexi has its own business data for 250+ countries (UAE selected by default). "Other country (OpenStreetMap)" is a slower fallback.
  4. Where — a city or district, e.g. "Dubai Marina", "Al Barsha".
  5. Find businesses.

Results

Cards at the top filter the list: With email, With website, Phone only. Thenexi automatically checks each business's website for a public email (progress bar; Stop any time) — no AI credits used.

Save

Tick businesses (click a row) → choose Labels and optionally Add to outreach → Save to contacts. They're saved as outreach only contacts (no newsletters). People who opted out of Thenexi outreach are never saved.

Business data: Foursquare Open Source Places (Apache 2.0) and OpenStreetMap. Only public business details are used.
