AI website receptionist (chat)

Add an AI chat to your website that knows your business, answers visitors 24/7 in Arabic and English, captures leads and books appointments.

Switch it on

1. AI Employee → AI website receptionist, choose your website and Switch on the receptionist.
2. It reads your website to learn your services, prices and hours (Knowledge). Click Read the website again after you change your site.
3. Add the chat:
   • Thenexi website — click Add the chat to my website.
   • WordPress — install the Thenexi Connector plugin, then Add the chat to my WordPress site.
   • Any other website — use Add another website, enter its address, and paste the one-line code snippet before </body>.

Teach it

• Knowledge → FAQ: add questions and answers in your own words.
• Conversations: read every chat. If an answer was wrong, click Correct this answer — it learns the right one.

Settings

How it looks and talks: name, colour, greeting, tone, quick questions, position. Rules & alerts: extra instructions, topics to avoid, where to send leads and alerts, and the monthly AI credit limit.

Leads and bookings

When a visitor wants a quote, a call or to book, it asks for their phone or email — they appear in Leads. With Bookings on, it offers your free times and books them in the chat.

The same receptionist answers on WhatsApp and the AI phone.
